Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Pazarkolu.com ("Platform"), acting as data controller, wishes to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed by Pazarkolu.com, acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

Name, email address, phone number, address information, IP address, tax/identity information shared during listing and store applications, and platform usage logs may be processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed to carry out membership operations, evaluate listing and store applications, ensure platform security, fulfill legal obligations, and respond to customer support requests.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the establishment and performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, and legitimate interest, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required or necessary to provide the service (e.g. hosting/infrastructure providers).

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request its deletion/destruction, and request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
