Store Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations between the applicant seeking to open a corporate store on Pazarkolu.com ("Platform") ("Seller") and the Platform. This agreement takes effect upon approval of the store application.

1. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms and procedures for the Seller to open a store page on the Platform, publish listings, and benefit from the services offered by the Platform according to the chosen package.

2. Seller's Obligations

The Seller is responsible for the accuracy of the tax number, tax office, authorized person, and contact information provided during the application, for the compliance of published listings and content with applicable law, and for the security of the store account.

3. Packages and Pricing

The Seller may choose any of the packages published on the Corporate Packages page; each package's listing limit, featured listing allowance, and support level are published on the Corporate Packages page. Pricing changes are announced in advance.

4. Verification and Review

The Platform reserves the right to review the store application and submitted documents, request additional information/documents, and approve or reject the application.

5. Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate a store account if it detects behavior in violation of this agreement or the platform rules. The Seller may request to close their store at any time.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, with the courts and enforcement offices of the location of the Platform's headquarters having jurisdiction.
